Montaña Blanca Festival (María Auxiliadora)

The village festival of Montaña Blanca honours María Auxiliadora, whose feast day on 24 May features a solemn Mass and a procession with the Municipal Music Band. It is a close-knit neighbourhood celebration focused on tradition and community, blending religious acts with folk dances, open-air parties, amateur theatre, children's playback shows and family workshops. A highlight is the well-established 'Vertical de Montaña Blanca' mountain race, alongside a folk gathering that brings together groups from across the island.
